You are the person we are looking for Responsabilities Reporting to the Supervisor, technical support, the technician is responsible for handling the various requests from Annexair customers, while ensuring that they are offered unparalleled service.

Take calls from customers and partners to provide them with technical support as needed; Manage and follow up on customer complaints and claims; Diagnose and identify the cause of problems during customer calls (analysis of sequence of operations, performance analysis, etc.); In problematic situations, take action by ensuring the involvement of the departments concerned; Provide technical assistance when starting up ventilation units at the customer’s premises; In collaboration with the purchasing department, provide parts and components quotes to customers when necessary; Ensure the integrity of information associated with the purchase and shipment of parts to the customer; In collaboration with sales, help maintain business relationships by providing superior after-sales service; When necessary, provide technical support to customers and partners on sites, at the time of start-up; Follow the evolution of products and ensure the updating of technical documentation and customer manuals; Write and update maintenance manuals for ventilation units.

Experience Hold a professional diploma in electromechanics, refrigeration or mechanics (an asset); Have experience in the field of HVAC; Have customer service experience.

Knowledge and skills Have knowledge of ventilation machines; Ability to take decisions and take initiatives; Demonstrate a good sense of priorities; Be comfortable with computer tools and master the Microsoft Office suite; Ability and interest in diagnosing and resolving problems quickly; Ability to initiate and maintain contacts with customers and business partners; Good stress management; Bilingual spoken and written.
