Our client, Velan, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Department, After-Sales Service to join their team in Ville St-Laurent!
This position involves managing a team of skilled parts ordering representatives to provide required quotes and manage orders across Velan’s global network of distributors and end customers in various global markets, driving after-sales growth.

If the following describes you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, pivot tables);
- Good understanding of project management concepts (scope, cost, schedule);
- Eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP);
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
