Financial Care Representative

The Role:

Gatestone & Co. are currently looking for full-time bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their Montreal team. This role will allow successful candidates to work within a flexible schedule, with shifts starting as early as 8am daily and running as late as 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 4:30pm on weekends. Successful candidates will be placed on a team in a call centre environment, answering customer calls and assisting customers with issues and questions for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements:

Work in a fast-paced, call centre setting while collaborating in a team environment
Must be detail oriented, maintain accuracy while dealing with customer calls, and provide enthusiastic customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak English & French
Proficient with PC computers
Previous customer service experience or call centre experience considered an asset
Previous experience in accounts receivables considered an asset

Responsibilities:

Assist with customer service calls and contact customers about their accounts
Assist with customer related payment solution situations in an engaging and professional manner
Document customer calls accurately
Adhere to the accepted company policies and procedures
