Requisition Number 77234 Insight is looking for Level 1.5 Desktopr Support Technicians.

Candidates must meet qualifications below.

Must be professional and customer focused, self-driven and team oriented.

Must be technically savvy, provide great customer service and look professional at all times Education and QualificationsSkills and competencies bull College coursework or professional training in information systems, information technology, or technical support required.

bull Associate degree in a related field preferred.

bull Must be able to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies.

bull Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues.

bull Customer Service oriented individual
– client facing.

bull Positive work habits under pressure.

bull Detail oriented.

Experience bull 1-2 years in an IT or IS environment required.

bull In person and remote customer support via phone, email and help desk ticketing system.

bull Solid Understanding of Desktop Support.

bull Windows 10 bull Mac bull IPhoneIPadAndroid support bull MS Office 365 bull Perform troubleshooting analysis of workstations, laptops and associated systems.

bull Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning, and break fix.

bull Proven conscientious reporting of all issues and resolutions for future reference and trouble tickets.

bull Be of high aptitude and keen on detail.

bull Install, configure, and maintain hardware, systems, and software for networks.

bull Familiar with Networking protocols such as LAN, WAN, TCPIP, DNS bull Must work well in a team environment as well as be able to work independently.

bull Customer focused, performance driven, high aptitude for technology
– Extroverted personality is key when providing customer service.
