Customer Service Representative

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 10, 2018.

DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide superior customer service. The incumbent will also respond to client requests and provide them with information on the products and services offered by the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to calls from clients in a positive, courteous and respectful manner;

• Provide customers with detailed information on the different products;

• Address customer issues and monitor appropriate solutions;

• Process all customer requests accurately and promptly;

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction;

• Accurately document customer records.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• High School Degree or equivalent;

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service role or in a call center environment;

• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills;

• Excellent ability to listen and find solutions to customer requests;

• Maintain an emphatic, respectful and courteous attitude;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and spoken.
