We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to complete our Centralisez Customer Service Department, located in Sainte-Julie, QC.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Customer Service Supervisor, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage customer’s accounts;
  • Provide prompt and effective service to internal and external customers and ensure follow up;
  • Check data in the system to be proactive with customers and ensure the accuracy of the service information provided by operations department;
  • Act proactively in identifying problems and implementing solutions to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Respect policies, procedures, norms and reglementationsof the warehouses (Health and Safety, BRC Norms, HACCP Norms, etc.);
  • Participate to objectives achievement and to performance continuous improvement;
  • Work with the operations of various facilities and sales team;
  • Work with a national multidisciplinary team in different local time zone;
  • Treat complaints claims with people involved when needed;
  • Provide data for preparation of reports;
  • Respect the standards and regulations and corporate policies and procedures;
  • Perform other related duties.

Education and professional experience

  • Collegial diploma in relevant field;
  • Minimum five to seven years’ experience in customer service
  • Or combination of equivalent work / studies experience
