The Group manufactures a wide range of products made from recycled fibres for its North American customers in the food, beverage and consumer products sectors, among many others.

The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.

Job Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the selected person will:-Ensure the link between our customers and production;Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;Perform the entry of sales orders in our various systems;Proactively track orders, inventories and shipments of equipment to customers and ensure constant communication with them;Manage client priorities and emergencies;Coordinate inventory levels, delivery dates and any other specific order requirements;Respond to various customer requests for information;Coordinate all customer requests with production and shipping planning teams;Respond to requests for information regarding complaints and claims.Work with the sales manager and representatives.Maintain up-to-date customer information and profiles.

Education College diploma en Administration ou Office automation Desired experience 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of the printing industry is a major asset.

Technical competencies The candidate must be bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing.Be comfortable with computers.

Knowledge of SAP management software is an important asset.
