Being the leader in the optical business for more than 30 years and renowned for the quality of its products and for its impeccable service. Ronor is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to complement the team based in Montreal. The job is full time and permanent.

Summary of functions:

Assist our clients in the purchasing experience, taking a key role in growing our sales by the means of constant collaboration with our Sales Representative in the field. Develop a strong confidence with the clients in order to achieve their entire satisfaction.



Offer an outstanding level of service by communicating all the information about our products, services and promotions;

Answer phone calls and make phone calls from and to clients, perform a timely and satisfactory answer to the clients’ needs and questions;

Be a team player with the other partners in the Customer Service department and with the Business Development Representatives;

Enter the orders in the systems.


A constant concern for the client; A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a customer service job (B2B), house sales, direct marketing or other relevant experience;

Bilingual (English and french);

–    Excellent communications skills and a great team spirit;

–    Skilled to word under minimum supervision and in a fast moving environment;

–    Hability to multi-task;

A passion for people and sales

Dynamic, motivated, punctual and professional;

Fast and accurate learner;

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel);

An experience in  the field of eye ware would be an asset;

Skills Required

  • Education level: High school
  • Work experience (years): 3-5 years


Salary: 16-18$ per hour
