  • Be the first point of contact with our customers
  • Communicate, by phone, with all our clients to better define their home improvement project
  • Answer by phone and by email all the support questions from our clients and our contractors
  • Use all our in-house software to maintain our client databases up to date

  • Willing to work in a start-up environment
