Customer Care Agent | VoiceMeUp

Internet Infinity is looking for a customer service representative for our product VoiceMeUp, BeeVox and, HostMeUp. Are you a cheerful, resourceful, self-starter who enjoys teamwork and customer service?

YOU ARE PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU:

• Provides excellent customer service, prompt, efficient and courteous.
• Is autonomous and takes responsibility for customer follow-up.
• Filters requests, processes tickets/emails and escalates them according to their needs quickly.
• Assists other departments as the first point of contact with our customers.
• Participates in team meetings to share ideas and solutions.
• Handles new account activation requests.
• Communicates our services and prices to customers, escalating as necessary, in English and French.
• Assists customers and partners throughout the portability process.
• Manages local number portability (LNP) for customers with providers.
• Keeps knowledge and internal procedures up to date when changes occur.

• Forty (40) hour flexible work week, Monday to Fridays. With Fridays ending at 4PM to get your weekend started early (no weekends).
• We love team collaboration, but life can get in the way. We offer a hybrid schedule, with two (2) days at home and three (3) days at the office, or work 100% in the office.
• Two (2) vacation weeks per year to start. Three (3) weeks when you hit 3 years, four (4) weeks when you hit 5 years.

• Knowledge of Voice over IP  (an asset).
• Knowledge of HTML (an asset).
• Knowledge of the following systems: Cicso, Linksys, Yealink, Grandstream, Mikrotik (an asset).
• Knowledge of the following platforms: PBX, Asterisk, Freeswitch, 3CX (an asset).
