Job Title: BILINGUAL OR ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

For this position, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Answer phone calls – inbound calls 

• Provide superior customer service

• Provide comprehensive assistance

• Enter information in the system

• Any other related duties

We are looking for people who are responsive and are able to cope with particular situations. In addition, it is essential to be articulate, courteous and professional in your approach to customer service. Finally you have to be bilingual . ENGLISH  and FRENCH IS A MUST.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month experience in call center

• Bilingual 

Working conditions:

• Salary: $ 15 / hour

• The mandate is a temporary  position with possibility to become permanent

• Shifts will be anywhere between 7AM-Midnight, weekdays and weeknights

• 35 to 40 hours per week

• Located downtown Montreal
