YOUR MISSION

Our client, a leader in mobile and telecommunication services is recognized for the high quality of its customer services. As a member of our team, you’ll be asked to offer an exceptional customer services experience and surpass expectations in order to foster a long term engagement to the brand. To achieve this, you will need to:

  • As a service expert, resolve in a timely manner any issue that our client could face, including the setup, services and plan, billing and phones;
  • Obtain, note and confirm and manipulate with great care and in a confidential manner all of our client personal information;
  • Ask the right questions in order to resolve technical issues, determine the main cause and offer the best possible resolution;
  • Show empathy and a friendly attitude that will help you reassure your clients and contribute to maintain a good work environment for everyone;
  • Proactively conduct research in order to anticipate the future needs of clients, to suggest products and services that will improve their experience and to be able to give them all the relevant information.

YOUR AVAILIBILITIES

  • Being available to attend training from 9h00 am to 5h00 pm from Monday to Friday, full-time, during April 2018
  • Being available to work between 25 to 40 hours per week 
  • Being available from 9h00 am to 10h15 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9h00 am to 8h15 pm Saturday and Sunday.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Six(6) month in the sale or customer service domain(Hostel services, retail, contact center, restauration);
  • Bilingualism (having near perfect level of French and English both spoken and written);
  • Good communication skills allowing you to use an appropriate vocabulary but also to listen actively in order to understand the client needs;
  • Good self-control, ability to maintain composure in conflictual situation and deal with pressure;
  • Great multitasking skills and strong autonomy in a fast paced environment.
