DESCRIPTION

We are growing incredibly fast, gaining traction with big manufacturing companies around the world and having fun doing it!

Poka is currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join is Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be the critical contact point for developing new business from existing clients and be responsible for nurturing sales relationships with medium-size accounts.Our ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an account management, customer success, software implementation or a comparable role in the B2B SaaS market. The candidate should have a proven track record of fostering and nurturing solid customer relationships with medium-size accounts. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its workforce is a plus.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • 5-7+ years of experience in account management, customer success relationship, software implementation or comparable role in B2B organizations
  • Experience in SaaS sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s in Business, or related field (Industrial Engineering)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Bilingual in French, and other languages a plus
  • Familiarity with Factory environment is a strong plus
  • Good business writing and presentation skills
  • Strong empathy with proven ability to listen to customer problems as well as identify, prioritize, and address their needs.
  • Good change management skills (understand implementation, building a business case)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and achieving short and long-term goals
  • Capable of working autonomously but plays well with others;
  • Experience using Salesforce, Mac OS X and iOS, ZoomInfo is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel locally and, on occasion, internationally

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • The Account Manager will own the sales relationship for medium-size accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
  • Proactively follow-up with assigned client accounts to build strong account relationships
  • Coordinate contract renewals
  • Build Poka business case for prospective customers understanding business priorities and desired outcome with Poka
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries
  • Document all accounts’ milestones, opportunities and accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce
  • Prepare, manage and present compelling presentation decks and answer product and implementation questions
  • Coordinate outbound inquiries with Sales Development Representatives
  • Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services teams
  • Coordinate with Customer Success-Professional Services teams when accounts need special attention

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Location: The position will be based in Montréal or Québec City, Qc.

COMPENSATION

The compensation structure will be comprised of a base annual salary with a performance bonus
