Our client, a well-known bank, is currently looking for Bilingual Technical Support agents for its offices in downtown Montreal.

You will be working in a fast-paced, positive environment with a competent and dynamic team of individuals. You will be trained and you will learn a lot!

The job consists of providing level 1 technical support to external customers in the United States and Canada.

You will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, operating systems and connectivity. The support will be provided by telephone and by e-mail, in English and French, so you must be perfectly bilingual.

You will need to be available from 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday as well as from 8am to 8pm during certain Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • University/College diploma or academic equivalent, or related industry experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a level 1 support role.
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office.
  • Experience supporting a financial institution and supporting banking applications is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Capacity follow established processes.
  • Perfect bilingualism (spoken / written) in French and English is necessary.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
