Services Administrator

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted March 13, 2018.

As a Services Administrator, you’ll be helping to support our growing Insight Canada’s ServicesTeam.What you’ll do:

Uploading, formulating and processing Legal and/or contractual document;
Processing SKU Creation requests;Process various services requests;
Coordinate, schedule and follow up with Service providers;Formulation of weekly reports;
Follow-up with customers on Services events and treat partner requests by email or by conference calls;
Arranging for PO to partner and facilitation of invoice payment for services rendered;
Responsible for warranty inquiries with distribution, Warranty registrations and running warranty confirmation reports;
Renewal Preparation;Treatment of US requests for Canada customer spill over;
Services Tracking Updates – set counters and publish weekly numbers per team;
Producing and updating services process manual; services dashboards and reporting;
Synchronizing financials and to budget counts with Finance department.

What you’ll need:

College degree;2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrator/Administrative assistant;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and French;
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook;
Attention to detail and the ability to function with minimal supervision ;
Must be able to pro-actively follow-up on e-mails and other issues;
Desire to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment.
