  • Value management

  • Banking transactions

  • Incoming transfers
  • Outgoing transfers

Operations plays a key role in delivering products and services to clients of our Wealth Management business line. Every day, we move closer to our goals of transformation, automation and digitization, thanks to the expertise of our Operations professionals who strive to ensure we offer exceptional service to our clients.

Your day to day: Being a Senior Operations Clerk means:

  • Ensuring management and administrative follow-up of files
  • Producing the various reports and statistics required by different parties and ensuring data integrity
  • Helping your manager coordinate and distribute work
  • Helping your unit meet quality standards by making the necessary corrections to approaches and procedures
  • Making suggestions and sharing ideas for optimizing and continuously improving our operations
  • Providing technical support to less experienced employees
  • Independently performing a variety of administrative activities, information searches, verifications and data analyses
  • Offering courteous, professional service in response to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files

  • High school diploma and 3½ years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 1½ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in operations
  • Experience in process improvement, an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and proficiency using collaborative tools (Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Independent and resourceful self-starter
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential
