Technigloble, specialized in recruiting for over 25 years, is actively seeking a perfectly bilingual administrative assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, for a client located in the heart of downtown Montreal.

As administrative assistant, you will be assisting partners in their daily practice.

Your responsibilities:

–          Prepare various documents and large reports;

–          Review documents to ensure that they are compliant with proceedings;

–          Organize files and compile and update expense reports;

–          Keep billing up to date;

–          Prepare client files;

–          Manage communications (phone, mail, email, fax);

–          Perform all other related tasks.


–          You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant;

–          Mandatory bilingualism (excellent proficiency in spoken and written French and English);

–          Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

–          Autonomy, meticulousness and professionalism;

–          Be organized and able to multitask;

–          Able to recognize priorities et respect deadlines;

–          Have a good team spirit and sound judgment.
