Sales Coordinator, Touring

The incumbent will ensure the coordination and follow-up of all tasks succeeding the signing of the rental contract. Furthermore, they will offer bilingual support to both internal and external clients regarding all aspects related to current and future projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the special events and touring sales team in the preparation of bids following an in-depth review of all project requirements and/or bids by the sales representatives;
  • Prepare and follow-up on clients’ purchase orders;
  • Carry out data entry of events in the R2 software;
  • Respond to clients’ inquiries regarding purchase orders, rentals and billing of projects that are currently in progress;
  • Ensure necessary follow-up with our clients concerning the progression of projects;
  • Perform weekly billing to clients and ensure tracking of all payments;
  • Assist the VP International Development with the management of their agenda, their expenses and their communications (e-mail and telephone);
  • Track all sales opportunities in the R2 software so that the sales representatives may refer to them;
  • Manage priorities and workload appropriately.

  • College diploma in a related field or any other training deemed relevant to the position; 
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position; 
  • High level of proficiency in both official languages, both in verbal and written communication (75% of tasks will be in English);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Knowledge of R2 software (an asset);
  • Proven record of demonstrating judgment, tact and diplomacy;
  • Be available for variable work schedules and emergencies;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Strong customer approach skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen sense of urgency;
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes;
  • Good team spirit and sense of collaboration;
  • Ability to work autonomously with a minimum level of supervision.
