Our client, recognized as a leader in the field of building mechanics, is looking for a Sales Coordinator. In business for more than 15 years in Quebec, the company has their headquarters in Montreal.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for orchestrating client visits and preparing associated documentation. He or she also acts as the first responder for all new customer calls.

Take calls related to potential sales and distribute them;
Support representatives in the drafting and administration of service requests.
Take responsibility for processing urgent customer requests;
Follow up on pending proposals with the client;
Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM Salesforce) software package;
Coordination of presentation documents;
Making appointments for the sales team;
Responsible for the preparation of documents for invitations to tender;
Increase customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and monitoring them;
Prepare the files in order to forward the orders to the relevant departments.

Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support environment;
Experience in the engineering industry (asset);
Focused on customer service;Versatility and ability to solve problems;Interpersonal skills;
Organization and resourcefulness;
Good management of priorities;
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Word and Excel.
