Our client is currently looking for a recruitment technician to join its office in Montreal East.


Reporting to the branch’s coordinator, the recruitment technician mainly has to carry out different administrative tasks related to the office work and also provide support for recruitment activities.


Administrative tasks:   

Write letters, complete different reports, etc.

Post ads for the branch.

Handle the follow-ups for the ads and ad renewals.

Any other administrative tasks similar to the position.


Tasks related to recruitment:

Search for CV on specialized websites or in our system.

Schedule appointments for interviews.

Do pre-employment verifications.

Ensure that the candidates’ files are constantly up to date.

Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week
