This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 4, 2019.

You will be responsible for:

at the request of the management team, taking charge of administrative tasks such as accounts payables, preparation of several types of documents (letters, memos, emails, reports, etc.), filling documents, assisting with HR initiatives
all other administrative support duties as required
serving as receptionist at the front desk, preparing and processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office and kitchen supply inventory, keeping the common spaces organized,
completing data entry, scanning and filing documents
organizing corporate events and gatherings

Your qualifications:

Bilingual (French, English)
Punctual, reliable, good work ethic and high sense of confidentiality
Experience in a similar job is an asset
Experience with MS Office suite
Professional, dynamic and a people-personAbility to work on complex and/or multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
