Our client is a renowned company that is seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant for their office in Downtown Montreal, only a few steps from the metro!

 

The candidate will have to do the following tasks:

Greet visitors (clients, suppliers, etc.).

Receive and handle all incoming calls.

Adequately answer all questions (internal and external).

Sort, distribute and follow up on the mail.

Write many administrative documents.

Collaborate with the other departments.

Any other similar administrative tasks.

Schedule: Day / 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM / 40 hours per week

Status: Contract of 6 months with a strong possibility or renewal or permanency

Requirements:

DVS in secretariat / office automation or the equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Good level of bilingualism – spoken and written.

Extensive knowledge of MS Office.

Have attention to detail and efficiently communicate.

Be organized, have good priority and stress management.

Be motivated and positive.
