Receptionist/administrative assistant

Our client is looking for a receptionist / administrative assistant to join their dynamic team.

responsibilities:

  • -Phone and direct calls
  • -Take and relay messages
  • -Providing information to callers
  • -Direct people to correct the destination
  • -Deal with requests from the public and customers
  • -Maintain knowledge of personnel movements in and out of the organization
  • -Provide general administrative and administrative support
  • – Keep a schedule of appointments manually or electronically
  • – Coordinate meetings and organize the restoration
  • -Control of the inventory relevant to the reception area and maintain the reception area

Qualifications:

  • Professionnal diploma in clerical studies
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Perfectly bilingual both spoken and written
