We are currently looking for a Receptionist that will make a difference and has a track record of showing ambition, dedication, and assiduity.

The receptionist will be part of our client’s team of professionals specializing in the garment industry and located in Montreal.

Tasks: Receive phone calls Print and fax documents Receive and assist clients Transfer phone calls Receive and send out packages Reserve board rooms Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Requirements: Proven work or experience as a receptionist or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printer, ect.)
