This is a Part-time position in Montréal, QC posted April 3, 2018.

Part time • 5 days a week/20 hours a week

Works FULL TIME during summer (May to September) and Christmas holidays to cover vacations of Receptionist and/or Corporate concierge On request, can work more hours to cover sick days or special events.

• Back up executive receptionist (breaks/lunch/personal days/vacations/sick days)
• Support bookings (Landlord’s event space)
• Support building phone list updates
• Daily meeting rooms tour (set up rooms properly, refill markers, erasers…)
• Training room set up (as per requests)
• Report any technology problem, create tickets
• Manage inventory of all office supplies
• Order all office supplies
• Support Floor Audits
• Support Mobile work stations Audit
• Create tickets to property manager to fix any issue on our floors
Top 3 must have skills:

1. Customer service oriented
2. MS Office basic knowledge
3. Reception experience

Top 3 nice to have skills:

1. Like to work in a team
2. Flexible on schedule
3. Ready to learn
