Quality Control Agent

Do you enjoy working with a growing company? We are looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals who can work with basic hardware features. This person must be capable of analyzing and investigating the reasons why a product is returned by the customer, validating issues identified by the technical team, and attempting to correct hardware problems.

Our client is a specialized electrical assembly company operating in Montreal, Quebec, and throughout North America. They serve several major retailers by marketing electronic products.

The tasks include:

• Detecting all defective products and updating customer merchandise rotations in the database.
• Writing and documenting all details discovered during the investigation.
• Taking necessary measures to correct the problem and archiving information in the system.
• Creating procedures and instructions for quality control management.
• Understanding performance indicators and submitting them to the appropriate departments.
• Packaging products.
• Regularly checking and recording inventory of goods.
• Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics.
• At least 1 year of experience in returns or inventory (an asset).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
