Aon is looking for a Pension Administration Associate As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Retirement team, in Montreal, QC. Your impact as a Pension Administration Associate Job Responsibilities: Production of pension-specific benefit calculations in accordance with established standards and procedures in the event of termination of service, retirement, death and assignment of benefits; Preparation of annual reports, financial reports and statements for participants, in accordance with established standards and procedures; Writing correspondence; Customer consultation; Participation in the development of IT tools to improve the productivity of the team. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: Master the appropriate IT tools (Excel, Access, Word); Bilingualism, both spoken and written; Having previously completed an internship in pension plan administration Education: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience in a relevant sector.
