Payroll Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted September 7, 2018.

We are currently recruiting a bilingual Payroll Clerk for one of our clients located in Montreal. This is a temporary position with a possibility of permanency. The working hours can be from 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00.The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and have experience with a high volume of work.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive emails and voicemails regarding payroll issues
  • Dispatch the emails and voicemails to the correct department
  • Other payroll and customer service related duties

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Kronos (an asset)
  • Bilingual (excellent communication in spoken and written French and English)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Meticulous
  • Capacity to multi-task
