Tundra Solutions Techniques - Québec

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 4, 2018.

Responsibilities:

Ensure both written correspondence and e-mail responses are distributed and dispatched.Maintain company mailbox and manage queries from stakeholdersForwarding necessary documentationFollow up to ensure required information requests has been providedProvide administrative assistance with ad-hoc tasks/projects as required.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Bilingual (French/English) – 
  • MustVery good understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience of process documentation an advantage
  • Good communications skills, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organisational and administrative skills, displays customer facing skills and good telephone manner.
  • A team player who assists, supports and co-operates with other team memberAbility to remain calm under pressure
