This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted March 28, 2018.

General Job Description: As International Student Recruitment Support, you will play a key role in registering new International students into our career programs. You will register out of country International students by email or meet with in-country students at the campus located in downtown Montreal. Attention to detail is a must for this position.

Job Responsibilities:


Primary Duties:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual starts, referrals, targets and objectives, as per expectations
  • Participate in campus outreach projects
  • Accountable for business growth through following up on International leads and delivering information to prospective International students in a timely manner
  • Receive inquiry calls or emails from all potential International students interested in knowing or receiving information about programs, including entrance requirements, curriculum, and college standards
  • Comply with governmental regulations and standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students
  • Maintain quality controls to ensure that Herzing College policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to enrollment and registration
  • Identify potential problems, which may interfere with or be a barrier to an International student’s successful entrance into a program
  • Comply with immigration regulations


Primary Duties:

  • Ensure information is accurately and efficiently entered into admissions management system on a regular basis
  • Assure that the student files are complete prior to start and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Possess proficient Microsoft Office skills and learn the Campus Login lead management system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • C.E.G.E.P. or College diploma and/or a combination of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skill/time management 
  • Passion for exceeding targets in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft Office 
  • English and French proficiency required
