General Administrative Clerk

Anwer telephone calls, Follow up with Accounts Receivable (Collection), Assist Purchaser to follow up with suppliers, Data entries (sales and supplier invoices, reception of merchantise), Filing, Postal mail receiption and dipatch, Prepare US Export shipping documents, Manage office supplies, Process production related paperwork and update production journal,  and other tasks required.
Perfectly bilingual, detail oriented, work under pressure, multi-tasking, Microsoft Office, experience in accounting software (Acomba would be an advantage)
