The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available to a professional, skilled administrator with supervisory assistance to join a industry leading distribution organization in south east Edmonton.This position is work from home until Covid restrictions are lifted.Key Account Responsibilities and FunctionsEfficiently lead and supervise a team of 3 administrative support staff.Prioritize and delegate work to the administrative team, review for correctness and accuracy.Training and performance reviews of administrative team.Work closely with marketing team in maintaining social medial presence across multiple platforms.Assist management and outside sales staff with meetings and presentations.Coordinate, compile, and package customer proposals in accordance with company guidelines.Create and maintain customer correspondence.Compile and complete month end reporting.Maintain electronic documents.Order office supplies and promotional materials.Arrange and organize meetings, workshops and lunches as needed.Work closely with management in revising and maintaining wok procedures for multiple departments.Additional tasks as assigned.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of related experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.Advanced MS Office skills: experience manipulating PDF documents and the ability to learn new programs quickly.Highly skilled in document processing, developing and editing.Knowledge of social media management and digital media.Ability to respond appropriately in high pressure situations.Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization as well as external stakeholders.Knowledge of supplies, equipment and or/services orders and inventory control.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong record maintenance skills.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual salary will be in the range of $60,000-$65,000 based on experience.Generous benefit plan, RRSP matching and stock options available.

Must have access to reliable personal transportation.
