A position is available in Downtown Montreal! Would you like to work in the public sector and have experience as a senior management assistant? Do not miss your chance, we have to fill this position quickly.

Our client is a known healthcare institution and is seeking a resourceful and professional executive assistant for a temporary mandate of an indefinite time period:

Administrative tasks:

Write debriefs and layout documents.

Write routine letters.

Write administrative reports (audit, transfer, classification …).

Answer and transfer telephone calls.

Handle mail.

Organize meetings and take part in organizing special events.

Call-in participants to the planned meetings, write and follow up on the agenda.

Enter data in the computer system and write reports.

Convey the necessary forms (ex.: annual renewal request, new request for the private laboratory license in Quebec, internship requests, etc.) and transfer documents to the people in question.

Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

DCS in Office Automation Techniques or Secretariat.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Mastery of the suite Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Lotus Notes – an asset.

Knowledge of document confidentiality and conservation rules.

Excellent French grammar, spoken and written.

Functional bilingualism.
