Our client in Montreal East is currently looking for an executive assistant who will know how to make a difference with their managers! Working closely with two members of senior management, the job mostly consist of providing a quality administrative support.


If you are bilingual, organized and lead your big projects, we want to meet you!


Your responsibilities will be to:

Manage your supervisors’ agenda;

Answer and filter calls, as well as take messages;

Plan and ensure that the meetings and schedules run smoothly (organizing and preparing the rooms, required material, etc.);

Organize trips and corporate moves (mostly Canada and the United States);

Write, prepare and follow-up on the appropriate documents (mail, presentations, reports, debriefings, etc.);

Translate many documents from French to English and vice-versa (revise or write emails/letters);

Update employees’ files that answer to 2 managers;

Write reports of data and statistic compilation related to sales, bonus, training, expense accounts, etc.;

Call employee for specific meetings;

Work with the administrative assistants;

Complete other related tasks.

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm / 37.5h per week

The ideal candidate will:

Be efficient and structured in their work;

Be able to work and respect given schedules;

Take initiative and be organized;

Be a people person;

Be show discretion and confidentiality with files;

Have excellent writing skills (in both official languages).



DVS in secretariat or DCS in office automation;

At least 5 years of experience as an assistant;

Be comfortable working in a computer-based environment;

Great knowledge in MS Office;

Perfectly bilingual – Spoken and written.
