Customer Service/Project Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted March 7, 2018.

Under the responsibility of the customer service and sales support Manager, the candidate acts as contact person for our customers and provides support to the sales team. More specifically, the candidate is responsible for:

  • Answering various technical questions from customers;
  • Providing excellent customer service; Issuing submissions and monitoring different projects;
  • Maintaining various CRM tables (submissions, opportunities, contacts);
  • If necessary, receiving customer orders, entering items into the computer system and monitoring these orders from different departments;
  • Performing other related duties relevant to the exercise of its functions.


To achieve its mandate, the candidate must:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service and sales support;
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or manufacturing industry is an important assetMaster the main MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Have excellent communicational skills and courtesy;
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once, quickly and efficiently;
  • Be able to understand, remember and conceptualize the various technical aspects of a product;
  • Be organized, independent, enthusiastic, open minded and diligent.
