This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 11, 2019.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Agent – Customer service is responsible for the daily processing of Garda Background Screening Solutions. The agent must make sure to treat all services in accordance to the company procedures and understand and respect the instructions given by his superiors. These services mainly include verifying references at all levels; criminal and civil record, credit record, driving record, diplomas, professional accreditations and other services offered by the company.

Responsabilities:

To provide customer service in accordance with the standards and to the specifics of the service contracts, the Agent – Customer service shall :

  • Execute the verification work using the available tools and stay updated on new services, new procedures and applicable laws
  • Make out bound calls and answer incoming calls complete the verifications (english/french)
  • Conduct regular monitoring according to customer needs and answer their questions on time
  • Get consent documents needed for the requested verification
  • Understand clearly the nature and limits of the mandate given by the client
  • Provide results to the clients according to established procedure and provide other avenues of research, if necessary
  • Synthesize information obtained in the form of written reports in a professional and understandable manner
  • Meet client services deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with the company standards of privacy and security
  • Work with team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain good relationships with his colleagues and supervisors
  • Understand and apply the problem-solving policy ‘’Escalation process’), if necessary
  • Refer to the team leader to get advice and answers to their questions and advise of any problematic situation
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by one of his superiors.

  • Experience in customers services 2 (two) years minimum
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment (an asset)
  • Excellent computer skills, web, conventional database or other tool to clean audits
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, detail-oriented
  • Capacity to communicate clearly the research results
  • Communication skills, oral and written – bilingual, essential
  • Aptitude to work both in team and individually
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Ability typing (minimum typing speed)

  • Work experience (years): 0-2 years

Package

Salary: 14.50-15.50$ per hour
