Banking and Digital Solutions Advisor

This is a Contract position in Laval, QC posted November 5, 2021.

As Banking and Digital Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting 5 sectors in delivering initiatives that will help create value for clients, employees, internal and external partners and National Bank. This position reports to the Leader – Personal Banking Operations, Banking and Digital Solutions.

Your main challenges:

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders by assessing and identifying their needs and proposing adapted solutions to support the implementation of activities, keeping in mind the varied nature of the files
  • Interact with the different Bank sectors, managers and employees to interpret information and offer them support and advice
  • Negotiate service agreements with various stakeholders and ensure they are satisfied with the quality of services offered
  • Respond to user requests or forward them to the appropriate resource
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with various parties involved in the group’s activities and liaise with them
  • Carry out various studies, research and analyses to provide the information required to ensure the smooth operation of activities
  • Support the stages of change implementation and ensure follow-up in the delivery of initiatives concerning the Banking and Digital Operations sector (5 teams)

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, OR a master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR a university certificate or an undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Personal Banking products
  • Project management experience, an asset
  • Good analytical skills
  • Sense of urgency, curiosity, drive and proactivity
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with various internal and external partners
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
