Our client in Ahuntsic is currently seeking an assistant project director who will make a difference with the managers! If you are bilingual, organized and tackle projects head first, we want to meet you!


Working closely with the Director, the job consists of:

 Managing your supervisors’ agenda.

Planning and making sure the meetings and appointments go smoothly (organizing and preparing the rooms, required material, etc.).

Organizing trips and corporate moves.

Writing, preparing and following up on documents (letters, presentations, reports, debriefs, etc.).

Maintaining employee files up to date and reporting to two managers.

Writing reports, gather data and statistics related to sales, bonuses, training, expense accounts, etc.

Carrying out any other daily tasks related.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications – an asset.

DCS in Administration or Office Automation.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in the field of construction – essetial.

Extensive knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).

Good level of bilingualism.
