Administrative Support Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted March 1, 2018.

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Clerk for a client located in the West of the island. This is a permanent position with a salary according to experience. This position is full time during regular office hours. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, will have excellent communications skills in English and have functional knowledge of French, and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or College (DEC) degree in a related field;
  • Bilingual (excellent knowledge of English with functional French);
  • 1-2 years relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.);
  • Knowledge of databases including Syspro, Sharepoint and Salesforce.


  • Create purchase orders and shipping orders;
  • Prepare contracts and proposals using a template;
  • Maintain various databases by uploading documents and performing data entry;
  • Process orders for products and services based on quotes and confirmations;
  • Liaise with internal customers and provide assistance;
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of products and services in their field;
  • Send out documentation;
  • Assist with other customer service tasks.
