This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted October 1, 2018.

ELEMA is looking for an Administrative Project Manager [JS1] to fill a permanent position in its Montreal office. Our ideal candidate has the desire to learn and accept challenges and change. We are looking for someone with leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while working in a team environment. Focused on continuous improvement, the project manager / administrative coordinator? will have to identify, develop and implement best practices in order to manage and anticipate the company’s performance and profitability indicators, and implement multi-dimensional strategic solutions for optimizing operations.

  • Monitor performance indicators, service level indicators and take appropriate measures to optimize resources;
  • Coordinate monthly invoicing of the company’s projects, and follow up with Accounting;
  • Draft service proposals, contractual agreements and invoices;
  • Monitor workload and time-management measures;
  • Be the point of contact, and coordinate all follow-ups with project stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate leadership and ensure impeccable execution of all operations;
  • Manage execution and structural project initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Manage change in line with the company’s objectives and policies, and ensure continuous communication and timely information-sharing;
  • Ensure sound administrative management of projects by developing monitoring tools;
  • All other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent experience;
  • Between 0 and 5 years of experience;
  • Command of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and under tight deadlines;
  • Essential: command of French and English (written and spoken);
  • Curious and creative in the search for innovative solutions;
  • Collaborates positively and fully in a multidisciplinary environment;
  • Sense of responsibility and communication skills;
  • Able to quickly identify administrative issues
