This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted August 12, 2019.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The individual must have the ability to multi-task, have superior organizational skills, and be dedicated to completing their responsibilities in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to invoicing, filing, typing of various forms and assuming receptionist duties when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Experience in the Transport/Marine Industry is helpful.
