Role description:

The Organizational Development Analyst will play a key role acting as a pivot between operational and strategic functions of the Software Engineering organization. The Analyst will focus on the people, process and technology side and will be instrumental in creating conditions for a smooth transition to changes with least resistance from the employees while maximizing enthusiasm to adapt to the change. This position supports the Organizational Development Lead in coordinating and executing communication activities for key stakeholders and employees involved with the implementation of the new Software Engineering organization and its associated new capabilities. These activities include partnering on readiness activities, tracking change impacts and mitigations, maintaining organization data, providing analysis, role mapping, training coordination and logistic, survey and assessment reporting, communication advisory, coordination and execution.

 

Specific job duties include:

• Participates in the development and execution of the overall communication strategy.

• Executes various elements of the overall communication strategy, which may include but not limited to: identifying impacts, conducting readiness assessments, identifying critical stakeholder groups, and developing and executing targeted engagement plans.

• Coordinate and execute activities related to transformation needs, may include but not limited to: organizational design, change management, and training activities.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, which may include, functional teams, shared services teams, and Change Management team members in the collection, maintenance, and analyzing of data.

• Collects, analyzes and evaluates data for decision support, reporting, and examination.

• Identifies, tracks, and reports issues and risks to ensure appropriate resolution strategies are employed.

• Exhibits an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude toward change.

• Shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying company cultures.

• Communicates cross-functional information effectively within the Software Engineering organizational and within the Enable project team as necessary.

 

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

• Possesses strong skills in the area of organization, prioritization, and managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines

• Ability to complete large amounts of work effectively and efficiently.

• Capacity to learn quickly and retain information.

• Is well structured and self-disciplined.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study required

• Experience in one or more of the areas of HR, communications, training, or change management preferred

• Exposure to project management preferred
