Administrative assistant – Real estate

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted September 14, 2018.

Our client, a world-renowned real estate company located in downtown Montreal, is looking for an administrative assistant.

Description of tasks :

-Manage calls and distribute them to appropriate resources
-Participate in different meetings and follow up on projects and / or accepted decisions-Manage the routing of e-mails and correspondence received
-Prepare, write and edit e-mails, correspondence and various documents in French and English
-Accounts payable and receivable
-Provide administrative support and respond to requests from the department

Required qualifications :

-Good bilingualism (French / English)
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
– Dynamism and autonomy
-Good communication
-Experience in real estate and / or accounting (an asset)
-HOPEM property management software (an asset)
