We are seeking someone who would like a stable and long-term job!


In the disaster department, you will have to:

Take customer calls.

Document files according to the information given on the disaster.

Ensure the new claims are being treated.

Follow-up on the files with the insured persons and insurers.

Write, layout and review documents and letters for customers.

Keep customer files up to date (opening, follow up and disaster closure).

Provide administrative support to the Disaster Experts.

Write a claims reports per representative.

Complete some registries and gather data.

Make and send surveys for customers once their file is closed.

Carry out any other similar tasks (occasionally replacing the receptionist).

DVS in secretariat or DCS in office automation.

At least 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant position.

Being comfortable working in a computer-based environment.

Extensive knowledge of MS Office.

Experience in the field of insurance or post-disaster – an asset.

Intermediate English – spoken and written.

Excellent French grammar.
