Administrative Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted July 4, 2018.

Role Definition

The role of this position is to provide general administrative support and assistance to the executive team and to key departments such as Commercial analysis, Sales and Marketing of Nikon Optical Canada Inc., one of Canada’s leading optical lens manufacturers. The role is based at Nikon Optical Canada Inc.’s head office in Montreal.

 

 

Tasks:

  • Administrative support to the President and the 5 members of the executive committee;
  • Manages the reception of the main office in Montreal;
  • Supports the commercial analyst in the management of commercial agreements, corporate dashboards, monthly reports and promotional activities;
  • Supports marketing operations such as, but not limited to, translation, formatting of presentations, management of customer requests, management of various web platforms;
  • Coordinates internal  meetings;
  • Coordinates internal communications.

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (excellent written and spoken French and English)
  • Must have obtained Vocational Studies Diploma (D.E.P) or relevant program/pertinent work experience
  • 1 – 3 years of work experience is necessary
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good habit of following up on tasks and prioritizing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks,  work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work well in a team, strong interpersonal skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Jobillico
