Administrative Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted April 19, 2019.

Our client, a major law firm located in the Bonaventure metro station, is looking for an administrative assistant to support the managers of the Business Services department.

The main responsibilities of this position are as follows: Provide administrative support to national and regional officials Prepare and format documents, photocopy and scan as require Manage schedules, scheduling events and coordinating travel Monitor the participation of lawyers and paralegals in conferences and continuing legal education sessions and provide monthly reports Monitor expenses and training hours for managers and prepare monthly reports.

Coordinate internal events related to diversity and inclusion.

Assist in the scheduling of meetings of the Montreal and Ottawa Regional Management Committees, write agendas, prepare meeting reports and review documents, including general correspondence.

Occasionally, attend confidential meetings in order to write the minutes.
