Our client is seeking a professional administrative assistant for their office in Ahuntsic, in the north of the metropolitan.


Administrative tasks:

Greet visitors.

Receive and handle calls.

Schedule appointments and provide information.

Write and issue documents on MS Office.

Make reservations for trips, restaurants, plane tickets, hotel, etc.

Do the invoicing.

Carry out any other similar tasks.
