Accounting Outsourcing Director

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted July 25, 2018.

Our Montreal-based client is looking for a director to perform client management and lead a team of accountants, accounting technicians and paymasters. Our services are aimed at international and local clients, of all sizes and in all fields, and include: bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll management, miscellaneous tax returns, assistance and emergency solutions, support for implementation of accounting systems, staff training, support for business creation and support for international companies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Acquire, share and capitalize on knowledge and experience.
-Contribute to the development of know-how.
-Manage the risk
.-Manage the customer relationship from A to Z.
-Manage budgets.
-Development of affairs
– Act as an intermediary between senior management and junior staff.
-Develop constructive relationships by demonstrating motivational and communicative leadership.
-Manage resources.
-Participate in the decision-making process both at the operational and strategic level.
-Implement, manage and undertake projects.

REQUIREMENTS

-BAC in Accounting
-8 years old min. relevant experience
-Bilingualism (French, English)
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office
– Advanced knowledge in accounting
-Advanced knowledge of sales taxes, salaries and government remittances
-Sage advanced knowledge
-General CaseWare and TaxPrep knowledge
-Mortgage management skills, clients and staff
-Leadership motivator and communicator
– Be willing to travel to current and potential customers, mainly in the greater Montreal area.
