This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted April 3, 2018.

As a pivotal key player you will work directly under the president and controller and assist them with their tasks. You are dynamic, courteous and able to offer excellent customer service in order to obtain the satisfaction of our clientele.


Accounting (50%)

  • Process accounts payables and receivables (including those in foreign currency).
  • Collections.
  • Process electronic & bank transfers and deposits.
  • Prepare and process the payroll (15 employees).
  • Enter inventory.
  • Process supplier warranties.
  • Filing.

Administrative Assistance (50%)

  • Prepare diverse correspondance (english/french).
  • Prepare sales quotations according to customer requests.
  • Co-ordinate activities related to project installations. Follow-up on assigned tasks related to project installations.
  • Communicate with customers with regards to project installations, delivery dates, etc.
  • Manage and co-ordinate freight logistics (Import/Export, local & overseas freight).
  • Prepare marketing materials for publication and social media content.
  • Communicate with suppliers and third parties as required.
  • Co-ordinate logistics for trade shows.


Excellent computer knowledge: MS Suite (Word, Excel, Oulook, Access, Powerpoint),
Solid accounting knowledge & accounting software: ACOMBA (is an asset)
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Bi-linguism obligatory: French/English
