You will be expected to influence the business strategy while ensuring TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.On a typical day at work, you will be expected to:Partner with the function and/or line of business to achieve omni channel acquisition and customer management strategy (i.E., deepening customer relationships, onboarding to retention, strengthen usage and customer loyalty)Create integrated marketing campaigns that meet business and marketing strategies and objectivesGather, integrate and interpret existing views of the target audience, including demographic, attitudinal, and behavioral data to create campaign kick offs and briefsPrioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivityAdhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for respective business area(s)Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business prioritiesAct as Marketing advisor for a sub-set of a business, typically leading or contributing on projects of low to moderate scope and complexityIntegrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area through in-depth knowledge / expertise in own domain and working knowledge of broader related areasParticipate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interestProvide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unitKeep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniquesRequirementsUndergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent requiredOver 5 years of relevant experienceDeep knowledge of consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and customers supportedKnowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulationsKnowledge of project/program support, planning and implementationProficiency with MS Office, software tools and technologiesA self-motivator with excellent organizational and communications skills to prioritize and multi-task in a collaborative or independent settingA dynamic leader with positive attitude who can deliver projects and initiatives while managing a team in a demanding environment
