We’re looking for someone who has relevant knowledge or working experience in accounting/bookkeeping, who is attentive to details, self-motivated and who takes to heart to stay organized.

You’ll join the Admin team, and you’ll report directly to the Financial Controller.

As an Accounting Clerk, you make sure that our clients and colleagues know that they can count on us at all times.

Alternatively, you can opt for a less traditional cover letter by recording a video instead, making it unlisted via YouTube and adding it to your email application Please add as ” Subject” the following: Accounting Clerk Your Name WHAT you’ll do Work closely with Financial Controller to ensure that all the assigned tasks are completed with superior attention to details Issue invoices from our operation system and enter the invoices to accounting system Handle invoice inquiries and collect overdue payments from customers Enter suppliers’ bills and credit card transactions in accounting system and create payments per requirement Work on full cycle of client procurement process, including process customer orders, send purchase order to suppliers, invoice customers for the order, follow up the logistics and answer related inquiries from customers and other Stack8 teams Set up projects and agreements in operation system with correct operation and financial information as required Answer the main telephone line and direct calls as necessary.

Be the gatekeeper for unsolicited sales calls Be the liaison between Stack8 and the office property management, pass notices to management team or Stack8 employees if necessary Take care of the logistics of all corporate events.

You’ll also be an active member of our Social Committee, and you’ll help us plan fun events for our employees.

Assist in other administrative tasks and support management team per requirement WHAT we’re looking for Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in mid-sized IT companies Possess accounting related education or proved working knowledge Experience in QuickBooks Online and in customer procurement are asset Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (majorly Excel and Outlook) Detail-oriented and result-oriented.

You will accurately process and double-check the work before submission Self-motivated & highly organized.

We trust you to deliver results with competing deadlines before pre-defined due dates, under minimal supervision Collaborative.
